We hit day 10 or the second payment drops to $2,000. If it’s waiting on your approvals, the clock pauses — but that’s the only exception, and we’ll tell you the day it happens.
If your business needs more than five pages or more than one location, we’ll tell you on the first call and quote it then. Not after.

Common questions
Who writes the website content?
We do. You’ll answer questions on one call and we handle the rest.
What if we already have photos?
The shoot is the point. Your existing photos are why the site looks like everyone else’s. If you have specific shots you want kept, we’ll work them in.
What do we need to do?
Be available on shoot day and fill out one intake form. That’s it. We handle the rest.
Do we own the site and the photos?
Yes. Domain, hosting account, site files, and full rights to every image and clip. It’s all in your name.
What happens after day 10?
30 days of post-launch support. If you want ongoing SEO or ads after that, Republic Media Group handles it — separate conversation, no obligation.
Is $5,000 really the whole price?
Yes. The only thing that changes it is if you need more than five pages, and we’d tell you that on the first call, not after.
What if we already have a website?
We build the new one and handle the switch, including redirects so you don’t lose your search rankings.
What about hosting and domain costs?
Hosting runs about $100–150 a year, paid directly to the host, in your name. Domain is around $20 a year. Both stay yours.
Do you work outside Cleveland?
Shoot day means we’re on site, so we work within about an hour of Cleveland. Outside that, ask — travel may be possible.
